My background

With 20 years of experience in executive support, operations, and entrepreneurship, I’ve built a career rooted in adaptability, organization, and trusted partnerships. I got my start in the coffee industry, where I spent eight years learning the ins and outs of business operations. From there, I supported a busy executive while consulting for startups and small businesses, eventually co-founding an audio technology company.

Below is a snapshot of each role and the experiences that have shaped my journey. Today, I continue this path as an independent consultant, partnering with leaders and teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their work.
