I’ve worked in many different corners of business over the years, and each one taught me something different about how things actually get done. I love that my path wasn't straight because it gave me a wide range of experience across how businesses actually run.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams in both early-stage and established companies. I enjoy taking complex ideas and turning them into a clear plan of action, while staying close to the details that are often critical to a project’s success.
One piece of feedback has stayed with me since I was 20 years old: a manager told me I had a rare sense of urgency. That observation has shaped my work ethic ever since.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of two who's passionate about health and wellness. Over the years, my own health journey has shifted the way I look at everyday choices. I used to trust the front of the box but I'm now an ingredient reader, focused on real food and making more intentional choices for myself and my family.
I have a creative side and love spending time painting or drawing. I’m also passionate about photography, always snapping photos to capture special family moments. And when it comes to holidays, I take decorating to the next level! Let’s just say we have too many storage bins to count.
